VIKRAMSHILA HEALTH AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION COUNCIL (VHTEC) is an autonomous council. That aims to create scholars who are most distinguished among all.

The main source of inspiration behind this huge project is the ancient VIKRAMSHILA UNIVERSITY, which was a center of excellence established by the eminent PALA EMPEROR DHARMAPALA in the 8th century A.D. VIKRAMSHILA PROUD INDIA, the founder of this council aims to build such a kind of University.

VHTEC has been founded with and aspires by taking the best training sessions, skilled faculty and vision of his father Late SHRI ADDA PRASAD SINGH & Mother SMT. PREMLATA DEVI.

It is managed by SRTS WELFARE FOUNDATION (SWF). It is declared on the 2nd day of Oct. 2018. Technical education is a growing field and many different aspects of business and marketing.
